Our FTP address is ftp.eaglewebpress.com. The site is accessible by using an FTP Client software program or your browser. Log in using your assigned user name and password. Select your assigned folder. All files sent should be stuffed or zipped to preserve the file integrity. Please make sure to fax your run information or call to notify prepress that your files have been sent. FTP is not recommended for customers that use a dial up modem. Please contact Customer Service to discuss other options for sending your files.
Microsoft has changed the way you access an ftp site in Internet Explorer 7.0
The way you log on to an ftp site has changed in Internet Explorer 7.0. Start up IE 7.0 and go to ftp.eaglewebpress.com. You will then need to click on the PAGE button and then click on Open ftp site in Windows Explorer. Then go up to the file menu and use the logon as command.
